Appreciate that when I 1st got the PB I was going from a stick burner and in a million years I would have never thought those rabbit food size pellets could equal logs but man it does

I smoke the bird at 350 degrees for around 2 hours.

Well, that seems simple enough. We'll see how it goes on my Lexington this year. It was more challenging on my Weber last year.
