The Canadian smoke continues here. I sent this pic to our son in Germany and he suggested we hang some meat out to see if we could pick up some flavor.

Ours yesterday was close to 250 in Michigan. 222 today. It’s really strange. Over the weekend we smelled smoke but today smell nothing and it doesn’t look any better. I assume we have gotten used to the smoke smell and don’t smell it anymore.

Hope they get the fires under control but I believe they are still not contained. Canada really needs some rain.

My grand daughter who lives near DC reports 180 just a bit worse than here.
The smoke does make for nice sunsets though
