What seasoning did you put on it? Or did you just use the Kinders hickory brown sugar sauce? We have both the seasoning and sauce at the house and the Mrs. picked up a massive full sized pork loin for $1.50 a pound this week and I'll be smoking either the chops or roast on Sunday. Going to have a cut into some chops, boneless ribs, roast, and some of the extras for a stir fry I guess and vacuum seal a bunch of it for later.Won't be on a pit boss, but gonna try to do 2 butts on my SIL's barrel grill, i did a pork loin on it awhile back that turned out great,
Not a pellet grill, but I brought some of my PB comp blend pellets for smoke, and he may have some chips to add with that.
I'm not sure how it's gonna go, but gotta try. If outdoor temps get to be an issue, can always rely on the oven.
