I’m still eating turkey for lunch it is pretty good!

Anyway my step dad has a smoke tube. Im going to borrow it and try it out just to see if I want one or not

We did some hamburgers and brats last night and I tried the smoke tube.

I had a very hard time keeping it lit and smoldering I eventually gave up on it. Although I do think I may get one as I think it will help if I figure out the best way to use it.

Overall the burgers and brats turned out really good and smokey still. I was quite happy with them.

I’m liking the smoker more and more I think Iv just gotta work out the querks and learn how to use it to get the product I want.
