- Pulled when IT hit 165
- Placed in an aluminum pan and added 2 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of water
- Covered with foil
- Cranked up the PB to 325 for an additional 2 hours when IT hit 200-205
- Let rest for 30 minutes at 170 in my over
