Tabletop Flamebroiler Plate

I got a PP150PPG Tabletop used. When going through it all, I noticed that the flamebroiler main plate and slider are missing. The person I got it from said they never had it on there (This would explain why they sold it cheap due to not being able to control the heat). I've tried looking all over Amazon, Pit Boss website, and even numerous parts websites and can not seem to find it anywhere. I don't mind fabricating the parts since they are sheet metal. Does anyone have a part number for this? If not, does anyone have the dimensions so I can fabricate?
