welcome to the forum. If you have it set at Smoke and you should see temps around 200 - 225.. Check to see if your P Setting is at 4. P Setting of 4 will get you that 200 -225.

What if it isn't getting up to that temp? Is the internal thermometer getting too much heat?

On the smoke setting mine never goes above 200. If I put it on 200 it will stay between 190 and 225.

mine use to swing from 195 - 225 on smoke on the original controller and that is why I bought the Savannah controller.
