Bought my PB1150PS Jan 2021....have absolutely loved it, until the control wheel quit working Jan 2022.
Called PB customer service to get help. "No worries Sir....we'll send you an upgraded replacement with better temp control at 10deg increments...." Within a week I had the upgraded digi-controller and instructions to replace it....and some complimentary PB spices. Took me all of 10mins & voila....works great & far better control over the stock unit.
Thank you Pit Boss! Love this thing. Whole chickens goin on for dinner today.
