How can I delete the conversations?

Click on "Leave Conversation" - It should be in the side column.

Hate to report this kind of crap. But anybody else getting private conversation requests from dating / lewd pics websites?
I just got a conversation request And from the subject line I will not be opening it. Is there an administrator or anybody that needs to handle this?
Hate to see this junk start in here. I’ve seen it ruin others. Anyway who can deal with this and maybe block it or something?

Just got one myself and reported it. It gave me an option to block them.

In the last hour I have probably banned 20 users from signing up. Most of them are getting stuck in the approval que but one or two slip thru. I am getting ready to jump a Teams meeting for work so I will check after while to see if any new spammers show up.
