Turkey

I prefer whole. Tried spatchcock and did not like. I use a modified Traeger maple syrup brined recipe. Smoke at 225 with pecan pellets. Inject under skin unsalted butter on breasts and thighs. 13 pound takes about 7 hours usually. I have a 14 pound in the freezer waiting for Thanksgiving.
