When I woke this morning I had a notification on my phone that my Pit Boss 1600 reached smoking temperature at little before 10pm last night. I hopes it was an false or old indication so checked the grill at 5 am to find it was errored out due to lack of pellets. I checked the hopper and it definitely had used quite a bit over night. Obviously I unplugged it to prevent it happening again. Kind of scary to think it started on its own. Anyone else have this happen before?
For those that don't know, you cannot start the grill from the app alone. It has to be done at the grill. I live in the sticks so that's pretty unlikely too.
