I cannot figure out the resolution. I have vacuumed out the pan, I have clean the thermostat which plugs into the food; so what I have read states that I need to change out or clean something underneath but it doesn’t give me a description of what to do? Can somebody explain it to me?

Not sure. Are pellets feeding into the fire pot? I assume by "pan" you mean that you vacuumed the fire pot. Remove the grates and heat shield. Turn it on and watch to see what it does. it should feed pellets into the fire pot. The heating element should start to glow red and then ignite the pellets. If it doesn't do this the igniter is bad. Call customer service 1-877-303-3134 and leave a call back number when prompted to do so.
