In other threads, I’ve seen people receive a new PID for the 1150, but not the 850. I’m here to tell you they have finally come up with a replacement PID for the 850PS2. Call pitboss and let them know you’re having problems. My issues were temps not holding and temp being off by 30°, at times. They were very helpful and it did not cost me a penny. Easy install, too.
