Wife is gone for a few days, have an urge to smoke some beef or pork for me only......thoughts? May go to the butcher and see what he can do for me.

Smoke some cream cheese and eat it with some chips while you smoke your dinner
pour mans beef tips 1/4 pound hot dogs smothered in mustard the seasoned with cayenne pepper garlic and favored rub cut up in chunks season up then smoke them till done before finish smother with BBQ sauce
