its been nice here so I have been cooking on the charcoal grill instead of smoking
Thats what ive been doing too. I need to replace my rotted out gas grill so ive been using my weber charcoal kettle. Forgot how much i like the food off that. Old skool is still the best.....

Been a couple weeks since my last cook on "The Boss"

Just took a slab and a couple chops outta the freezer for this weekend....

This weekend chicken breasts low and slow. I’m in no hurry so I thought I would smoke them as low as possible. Also using cherry wood chips in my smoke tube but noticed it just went out so I had to relight it.

Using Killer Hogs BBQ Rub from Malcolm Reed. When I bought it I didn’t realize it was his brand although I watch his YouTube channel a lot.
