Going to pick out the meat tonight for Sunday. Pork spareribs, beef ribs, 15 hamburgers with my wife recipe and big chicken breasts! I cannot lie, I like BIG breasts!!!!:cool: Also going to try Bear mountain hickory pellets for the first time! Pic to come.:giggle:

beef ribs were tooo expensive! Got a problem though. Thinking of cooking the hamburgers today but I want to go golfing too. Golf today and smoke tomorrow I guess:). Right now we have a frost warning till 9;00 am and its 37 right now.
