Well sir, mighty fine looking Steaks? It'll be a couple months til I can cook in my bare feet!Had a crack at reverse searing some tomahawks on the 850, 2.5 hrs on smoke setting till internal temp reached 48c then rested for 10 minutes followed by a few minutes each side over the flames. I was stoked with the outcome.

Dude everybody loves food pron!My weekend cook isn't on the smoker. We are having a party. I'm making Home made chinese food. Beef lo mein, pork fried rice, fried dumplings,egg rolls, crab Rangoon, boneless ribs and beef and broccoli. It's been quite the undertaking. I will if post pictures when its all done if people are interested. , after all this is a smoking forum. I get it

Very nice! I modified my blackstone with an adjustable regulator so I can get more heat out of it and I use that for the lomein and fried rice. It works great.I think Jim meant food porn!
