A couple weeks ago I had a grille full of food for my daughter’s birthday and I got an upside down dead pig on the touchscreen of my PB with “An auger malfunction has been detected please refer to your owners manual…”. It’s crazy that when you type that into a google search nothing comes up. Am I the only person this has ever happened to? I was shipped a new auger motor and that did not fix it. I have the grille apart and the auger will turn about a quarter turn and the I get the error. Customer device said that one day over the next two weeks I might get an OTA update. That’s completely unacceptable. Anyone else ever seen this?
