Beef Brisket

I don't know Blair, but outside temp here is 64
The cursed spell check again. Anyway I'd wish for 64 temps here.
My glitchy temperature issues so far have only arisen in colder temps like less than freezing. Plus I have a different model I think and I'm guessing behavior varies from model to model.
So how's it going now?

I cranked it up to 350 and I am now wrapped @ 165..wonder if I have a faulty fixed internal sensor

One time I did home made mac n cheese on the Pit Boss and it turned out awesome. There are several videos on YT on how to make it, I just followed one of those. I have also done broccoli and corn on the cobb and those turn out great on the Pit Boss.

Ha... The other day someone at work texted me and said "where are you". My auto correct spelled out "in airplane" and I didn't catch it. He replied "where are you flying to?" and I had no idea what he was talking about until I read my original text.

Like I said, there are a ton of videos on how to do it, but I think I watched this and used his method. Can't remember, it's been a while since I made it.

I've considered disabling spell check, but upon considering how disastrous my regular spelling is at times I just live with it.
