Hi all I have done a few searches but I don't make out well finding what I'm looking for. Simply put, I think I would like to cook a ham on my Pit Boss for a family dinner the Sunday after Christmas we would like to eat at 5pm. Has anyone done this? I'm sure there have been many.
What kind of ham did you buy,
how long did you cook it per pound
and, at what temp?
I will be feeding 7 people and I want leftovers. So I may get a 10#to maybe 15# one. Any suggestions will be taken to heart! Thanks all and I hope everyone here has a great Christmas Holiday. JeffinMaine

I'm gonna try this:

I like the smoked spiral sliced the ones wrapped in the different colored foil. Then make your own sugary rub and mop/spritz. Think honey baked and put together what your family likes.
I used pineapple brown sugar and candied red hots this year for thanksgiving ham. Cause the wife had some kind pineapple dish for a side.
IT temp to 145ish ran it at 180-200.

I really like the recipes on HeyGrillHey, including this one for ham:

I like that she sells her own sauces and rubs, but also tells you how to make them yourself. To me that's part of the fun and extra bragging rights when you serve it up!
