First time owner a pellet smoker and got a PB Vertical Series 7 from Tractor Supply. Been wanting one for a while and the Mrs. pulled the trigger so now I'm expected to smoke and cook Christmas dinner for the family. Got it setup this afternoon and have done the burn off along with seasoning it; cooling down as I type. I'll test for the hotspots before I use it, but that's for another day. Probably going to try smoking some chicken first and then do some type of pulled pork.
