Modification to wheels

Hello everyone
I have the vertical Pitt Boss pellet grill. I am wondering and trying to get some ideas on replacing the stock wheels with something better. The stock ones just doesn’t roll too good on grass . I am looking for some ideas from anyone who has done this modification.

I haven't changed the wheels on mine, but if I have to move mine over the lawn, I have a half a sheet of 3/4" plywood.
