Hello all from Maryland here. I'm new to smoking just bought the Copperhead Series 5. Trying it out today for the first time. Smoking a rack of ribs. Got any sweet recipes or tips,tricks to smoking any info will be helpful.

Similar but often it’s just 3-2 for me.. After the 5 hours I pull a couple wraps out and check for easy forking and the tong bounce effect. If done they are wrapped in towels and held till dinner time. That hold may go 2-3 hours or so and maybe that helps.3-2-1 method
Use a butter knife and a paper towel to remove the membrane off the bottom of them
I rub mine down the day before
Pull out of the fridge an hour before placing them on the grill
225 degrees
3 hours on the grill spraying apple juice on them every 30 minutes
2 hours wrapped and I pour in Dr Pepper or sprite and close up the foil.
Unwrap and place back on the grill mopping on your favorite bbq sauce
