It is. I have been using a Hark Vertical gas smoker for a while.

Welcome @Pflow23 - Congrats on the new Pit Boss! How did the butt come out?

It turned out amazing!!! I injected it with apple juice, pineapple juice, soy sauce and worcestershire. Then cooked it at 225 for 3 1/2 hours then wrapped it and Put Chile infused honey on top and cooked it to 203 degrees! I am now addicted to smoking! All I do is research and think about what I’m gonna grill or smoke next!!!
