PB4PS2 Temp Accuracy

I received a new controller - now WiFi works I put my own probe in the smoker to check the temp. Right this second, I have it set to 220 -- my probe shows 210. When I had it up to 275, mine was showing around 250. I might need a third probe just to test both of them

I have the same smoker, when heating it up my separate thermometer probe will read higher. After a while smoking both are about the same temperature.

I tested the temp probe on our smoker against a known accurate external probe. It was within 3 degrees for the duration of a pork butt 12hr smoke. The PB probe was always higher temp than the external probe.
