For anyone debating this, I finally sandblasted the ceramic off my PitBoss and I LOVE IT!
Cost me $80.
Done a few cooks so far and it's so amazing. So much easier to clean which is ironic. The ceramic selling point was that it would be easier to clean.
Anyway, I no longer regret my decision of paying more for this than the blackstone, since i love how portable it is more than any blackstone I've seen.
Stop thinking about it and do it!
