SMOKE iT APP Questions? New SMOKE iT APP!

So went to smoke some ribs today, loaded up the app and my smoker was gone.

Ok, so I go through the steps to add it again, it’s now back but now I can’t seem to go in and change the temps. I can see the temp, but I can’t do any adjustments it just kicks me back to the temp screen.

I’ll click on grill controls, it switches to the next page but then goes right back… anyone else having the same problem?

Okay so very odd, I have seemed to have fixed it by logging in with another device. When I did that the app on my phone started to work.

I don’t understand. It also asked me calibrate the grill by setting it to 225. I don’t think I’ve ever done that before.

I downloaded the app and hooked up to my wi fi it worked for a little bit but would not show probe temp or settings. I closed the app now it has been searching for blue tooth connection for 30 min. Very frustrating 2 hours on trying to get an app to work.
