Smokin' Near St. Augustine, FL

Howdy from Deepinnaheartta, Texas. What do you like to cook on your PB, Dennis?
My youngest daughter got married this weekend. I smoked two big pork butts and two big turkey breasts. They were superb! It was my first time trying the dry brine for the turkey, but will not be my last. I'm working up the confidence to try a brisket soon.
 
Good morning all! I'm obviously new to this forum, but if you saw me you would say that I am not new.
I'm hoping to learn more at this forum to get the best from my PB Pro 1150. I've been happy with the results so far.

Nice to see another St. Augustine resident on here. I am fairly new to this forum also but have found it to be a valuable source of information. I am not new to grilling, but am new to pellet cooking. In fact if you ask my wife she will tell you it is my new all consuming passion.
