Smoking Cheese

Here's a smoked cream cheese update. Put it in the fridge overnight next day the cream cheese was firm, really like a good cheesecake consistency.. The taste was a little different from yesterday but still tasty, it'll make a great appetizer or spread on something like a bagel or such.
 
Cream cheese turned out good. It melted a bit, but no biggie. This one had an olive oil and garlic coating.

2 ready for the smoker. One with Pit Boss hickory bacon rub, and one with Blackstone all purpose.
