2 ready for the smoker. One with Pit Boss hickory bacon rub, and one with Blackstone all purpose.Cream cheese turned out good. It melted a bit, but no biggie. This one had an olive oil and garlic coating.

Saw it on ash kicken bbq, or dead broke bbq not sure which. Some of the rub flavor should seep into the cracks as it cooks and it looks nice.......lolNice, what's your strategy with the scoring?

Nice. How long at what temp? I like the scoring.here is our cream cheese, we scored the top so it wouldnt split. this is the bomb with the hot jelly and crackers
