230 for abt 2 hours with spicy Cocoa dry rub

The smoked cream cheese continues. This batch will be partially used on Christmas Eve at a family gathering. Five different toppings.
We will also be gifting some bundled along with a cheese board and knives and a couple bottles of wine.

I was thinking about doing one for later today just to try out. Do u let it get to room temp again then serve after it’s been chilled?

It's good warm or chilled. We had a sample last evening while warm. Very tasty.
But for today now it's chilled in the fridge and that's how well take it to the family Christmas eve event. It'll be good chilled too.
 
We're heading to a relatives tomorrow for Easter Sunday and one of our contributions is smoked cream cheese. The one on the left is brandied nut topping. Center is a chili sauce and more. Right is siracha herbal topping.
2 hours at 225 using a smoke tube and Sam's Club pellets.
