Soooo new at this pellet thing ~

Hello- I’ve read where pit boss users are saying it’s okay to put foil on to catch drippings however, I am unable to find pictures or a video. Does anyone have something they could share?

Welcome! Another trick I do sometimes is place the meat on the top rack and have a pan below with water to catch the drippings.

I cook on my middle rack with foil pans under to catch the drippings. It makes for easy cleanup. Welcome from NH 🍺 🍻

I got napkins!! 😊😊🇺🇸
Thanks. You just set the foil pans on the rounded flame broiler main plate?

Thank you! Do you set the foil pan directly on the flame broiler main plate?
I only have a top rack that is half the depth of the main rack - then it’s the flame broiler main plate.
Thanks again.

Hmmm.......maybe pans won't work for you. Maybe foil is the way to go on yours. I'd make sure to leave some of the rack on either side to allow for good smoke flow. Hope that helps!
