Well I know the mango habanero is sweet. The spicy chick fila suprises me.
I'm not sure if I'll do wings or thighs. Know I'm doing habanero death dust, cruchable ghost chili, and some slap yo mama cajun red label. For those that want something wimpy.

Sorry to me Mango Habanero is mainly sweet with a spicy finish.
I've used it as a overnight marinade then added my spicy hot rubs.

Now that I have fixed the fridge. I had to replace the control board it fried from a power outage on Thursday I can maybe plan on pork shoulder maybe some ribs and Mac and cheese and coleslaw

Waiting on smoker to get to temp then wing time. Wanted to do a brisket but they banded together in protest said they waited a year for my wings lol.
They got madder when i said I made some a month ago and didn't share.
