If parts are available from another source why isnt pit Boss purchasing them and making them available to customers and honoring the warranty instead of having months delay to send out parts.

did you ever figure out the issue? I had the same issue with mine and the fuse was fine as well and still wouldn’t turn on

Received fuse yesterday will install this week end and find out if anything works. Still no thermometer for temperature in oven.

I have no idea I assume that they purchase them from a supplier so that is a question you need to ask them.

I'm sure they are getting some kind of a refund per bad part from that supplier.

Installed fuse today and put in the old temp probe. Plugged in and away it went. Problem the burn was uncontrollable . I think without functioning probe nothing told auger and fan to shut off. Controller thought is was 32 degrees. Still no word from PitBoss.

it’s the yellow Wire on my control board that keeps blowing my fuses. Any idea how I can replace this part or where I can get it?

I have noticed that some online parts sources offer OEM parts and aftermarket parts, so that may be the reason, but keep in mind that these are manufactured in China and they have NO RESPECT for copyrights or trademarks, so they are probably selling parts to others.

Auger motors, Combustion fans, igniters, and any other items are used by Pit Boss, Traeger, Camp Chef and others as these are the same parts from the same China manufacturers.
Honestly China has been cloning products for years and can you blame them? USA needs to quit using China for there manufacturing and we will not have this issue.
