Won't Turn On

Auger motors, Combustion fans, igniters, and any other items are used by Pit Boss, Traeger, Camp Chef and others as these are the same parts from the same China manufacturers.

Honestly China has been cloning products for years and can you blame them? USA needs to quit using China for there manufacturing and we will not have this issue.

Does Pit Boss also make the Blackstone line of griddles? Reason I ask is I bought a jar of Blackstone griddle seasoning and the QR code on the jar took me to the Pit Boss KC Combo griddle seasoning video on YouTube.

Ok, I just replaced control panel because I wasn’t getting any power. Outlet is good, fuse still looks good. New control panel, hooked up right. I have no power though! What else am I missing?

I have the same problem.2 new control panels a new power cord and yes my outlet is good.kind of a huge hassle playing phone tag with pit boss.we only got 2 cooks out of the grill since I bought it.

Can't get the smoker pellet grill to turn on. We used it a couple days ago, then tried to turn on last night & for some reason it wouldn't turn on? Any ideas what this may be?

Had same issue with My 820
Ordered new controller in the meantime I put power to Control and it powered up
Reconnected back in cooker and nothing
Changed power cord and it is working
The cord was giving me 25 volts
New Controller on the way guests I will have a spare

Blackstone manufactures the griddle for Pit Boss. Also it is rumored that Blackstone may get in the pellet grill market and if they do you know it is going to be a top notch product.

Check the fuse behind the controller and if the fuse is fine it is most likely your controller is bad.

Mine just quit after 3 years. Fuse was fine so I checked for power coming from the cord. The wires inside the plug have apparently become separated from the prongs.
