Your favorite cut

Heading to a large meat market here in a couple hours. Looking to get a couple new cuts that I haven’t cooked before. What’s your favorite cut? What should I take a crack at?

Picanha?
Thor’s hammer?
A5 ribeye?
Ibérico or Berkshire pork?

Picanha for it's buttery fat and Tri Tip. Hanger steak is a also another good one. If they have outside skirt steak

I like bottom round roast smoked at 225 degrees till an internal temperature of 135 degrees.

Love tritip as well! Picanha is definitely towards the top of my list.
