Temp controller

I upgraded the PitBoss app and the controller firmware.
The app will allow me to see what the smoker is doing, but it will not connect and capture the temperature controller where I can actually adjust the smoker from the app. The older app would work. The new updated app will not work the smoker.
Any help? Would be appreciated.

From what others are saying is to reinstall it
My 820 doesn’t have this feature

Thanks for info. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but I still cannot control the smoker using the app.

Good luck but it seems they've introduced a new dynamic feature to the app/firmware. Hopefully they will sort it out soon for you guys having issues.
