Wings to go with the beer tonight with some friends.
Using PB mesquite/oak pellets mixed with smokin pecan pellets. I'll let you know if they are as good as the smoke smells.

Gonna try my first brisket tomorrow. Figure anout a 8-10 hr cook? (6+lb and is a flat brisket). Seasonrd and injected and in the fridge.I gotta do me some more wings. Have two slabs of baby backs coated with dry rub in the fridge waiting for tomorrow....

Heres the pic, turned out well and only thing i would advise is dont give an exact time for eating.

Turned out pretty well, but the key is an early enough start and use thermometers on the grill and not what controller says.Let us know how it goes and share pics!
