🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

I have 2 slabs of ribs defrosting for a Friday cook. Going to prep a couple small meat loafs with different ingredients and do them at the same time. Never did a loaf. Was wondering what temp to take them to....
Ribs are going. When they come off im going to change pellets and do one of the meat loafs, then change pellets again and do the other. They are only about a pound each so they shouldnt take all that long. Experimenting is fun and i started the day with a fresh 30 pack.....so im all good

Ribs were great.....

It was awesome.....
Between eating ribs, then eating the first loaf, the second one didnt get any picture taken. Everything was very good. Meat loaf on the pellet grill is (was) the best ever. My brother came by just before the ribs came off, ate till he was sick, and helped me kill the 30 pack.....

Days like this are the best....
