🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

Small pork shoulder. 8 hour cook

I forgot to mention I used the last of the Bear Mnt pecan pellets. Also used a smoke tube with cherry wood chips. I didn't find my pecan chips until after I lit the tube. Can't remember the name of the rub I used. Maybe Kinder's? Some cheap brand that looked decent at Walmart.
 
Did some ribs Saturday and again forgot to take pics of the finished, they were very good.
I had some Bluefin Tuna left after I gorged myself on about a half pound of the sashimi.
So I smoked it of course, peppered and used some pineapple juice to baste, no brine.
Came out good. Oak pellets from Bear Mountain.
