A moink ball is a meatball wrapped in bacon. So it’s part cow and part pig. Moo Oink. Easy o make just dust all around with your favorite rub. Smoke for 3 hrs at 225. Then mop with your favorite bbq sauce and smoke another 20 minutes. Enjoy
sometimes I hear the commercial on the radio about MoinkBox the meat company.
I thought maybe they made some kind of meatballs.
 
Made chicken legs yesterday using a leg rack. 50/50 blend of Classic and Fruit blend pellets at 250 degrees. Came out moist and tasty with reasonably crispy skin in 2 3/4 hours.Forgive the amateur photogrsphy
