Did a tri tip with baked beans. Good rainy day project!

Did another couple racks of baby backs. Tried wrapping and saucing one, left the other naked. Both seasoned with Kinder’s Butcher AP and Honey Hog. Both ended up being totally fall off the bone.

Have two racks prepped in the fridge. Will be putting them into the smoker around 11 am and hope to eat before 5 pm. Mac and cheese and beans as sides. Haven't done a lot of ribs and hoping for good results.
