Yep, I bet that didn't suck!!!Pork loin 4 hours at 250 degrees using Bear Mountain apple and a bit of Pitboss mesquite. Came out moist and tasty. Injected with creole butter. Spiced with SPG and Pitboss sweet rib rub.
