🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

Not a weekend cook, but when you're retired every day is a weekend.
First time at p doing puled pork.

Baby backs -- kept them on the smoker longer than I wanted. I put them on thinking we were eating an early dinner when my wife said we were meeting friends for lunch. Good thing I had just installed the new controller and WiFi works now. I was able to lower the temp. They were a little too tender.

Sunday is fun, family and food!! 12 hour smoked pulled pork and bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers just cuz.
Pork shoulder seasoned with Kinder’s Butcher’s AP and smoked on the PitBoss with Lumberjack Supreme Blend and Bear Mountain Gourmet Blend in the smoke tube.
