🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

Smoked an 8lb pork butt for the first time. Seasoned with Kinder’s Butcher AP and smoked with Lumberjack Supreme Blend with a little PB apple. Total cook time was about 12 hours.
Great flavor and the family loved it 😁 🔥💰

there has been good snow ❄️ in the local mountains, so I have been skiing ⛷️ with my daughters for the last three weekends and no time to BBQ.
But I have been seeing lots of good looking food coming off your smokers.
Keep it up, I'll be back at it soon.
5 weeks in a row now snow skiing, I think the season is just about over here in So Cal.
Great fun riding with all my girls and friends, gotta get it when the snow is here so...
I'll be getting back into the smoking now that the snow is melting.
Good times had!!
