🔥 What's Smoking/Cooking on your Pit Boss?

Didn't use the pitboss today but I did 3 racks of St. Louis and 2 racks of loin backs. Soooooo good!!!

I have 7lbs of chuck roast going on shortly. I made my own rub with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, celery seed, smoked paprika, and a little time. Im using hickory and plan on running at 250View attachment 4898

Nice!! I haven't done chuck roast in a long time, might have to give that a shot! How long do you expect it to take?
