First time pellet smoker

Just pulled the trigger on a PB KC Combo and love it so far! Yesterday we griddled bacon and smoked 2 pork shoulders and beef back ribs. Learning as I go but no big mistakes yet. Not sure yet how hot the griddle can get but will find out soon. Love the forum!
