I was really good! And the smoke flavor was fantastic. I'm waiting for a chili cook-off my self. It is a mild chilli with subtle heat which I think would work well for an office cook-off. I think cooking it the day before we ate it was key. I would definitely make it a day early and then reheat it the next day. Thanks for the replyLeft over Briskett...???
