New to this Forum and to the Pit Boss Family

Greetings from NYC. I am excited to be part of the Pit Boss Family. I had a Traeger for about 3 years and loved it up until a year ago. I started having problems and replaced the hot wire, thermostat, and the controller. Luckily, it was still under my 3-year warranty (just barely). I sold it and will be picking up a PB 850.

Before it arrives, any information and advice that yu can give would be greatly appreciated.
