11.5 pound Prime cut of Prime Rib and it's my first time cooking one. Goes in the smoker in the morning to be eaten at 2pm lunch. Baby Jesus, look after this Prime Rib and me cuz if I have the problems I've had with some other first time cooks, I think I'll cry; wet pellets, temp adjustments, and stalls.Merry Christmas to my fellow Pit Boss family

No, stove for both. However, I read a thread about chili on the smoker that piqued my interest.If the rain stays away, I'll put on a Double-Smoked Ham on the Lexington tomorrow. Like this:
This is the easiest thing in the world to do. A double smoked ham. They are precooked so all you gotta do is warm them up. I put it in at 150 and just let it go for several hours until it had an internal temp of 130. Was juicy and turned out great.
Are you doing this on the pellet smoker?
