Smoking cheese dip today. Waiting on sausage to smoke & then it's going on.

I got a 10 pound pork butt cut in roughly half that’s been smoking for 8 hours. One half is maybe 10 degrees cooler than the other. They’re both finishing up in an aluminum pan covered together. Any harm in letting them both go until the cooler one is done? Can I overdo the smaller one if it’s in a pan with juices?
