We'll let you slide. This time...They were pretty good. Actually, a few months back we tried the Impossible Whopper from Burger King and I couldn't tell a difference. I got these because the store was OUT of beef! So I figured I would do turkey burgers. They were out of those too so this was the only option for burger yesterday.

I'm using Sucklebusters 1836 Beef rub and running the put at 250. From what I've read they are the bones that are cut off of the prime rib.
